Project Director
Job Location: Chennai

Primary Responsibilities

1. Understand all project requirements
2. Ensure project plans are maintained up-to-date
3. Plan resource requirements/ development
4. Manage client communications
5. Manage inter-group coordination & communication
6. Ensure timely and correct project reporting
7. Ensure correct metrics data is collected & reported
8. Provide required support & guidance to the project team (s)

Prerequisite Skills

Ability to

1. Should have exposure to Healthcare Domain
2. Should have managed atleast 100-125 resources in their previous assignments
3. Master Black belt is a MUST
4. Able to work with sales to identify New opportunities
5. Adept in account planning & Managing P & L for account
6. Should be proficient in using Project Management tools & methodologies
7. Good understanding of Latest Technologies

1. 5 years of Project Management
Experience in atleast two areas mentioned below

2. Java, J2EE,
3. Oracle, Pl-SQL
4. Unix/Linux
5. Visual Basic, .Net

Qualifications Preferred

BE/MCA/MBA with minimum 15 - 18 years of experience
