To provide SAP end user support for services running in 24/7 environment.
Manager a team of 20-30 SAP professionals.

Client Management .
Maintain services and delivery as per defined SLA
preferably a Technical (BASIS / ABAP) resource.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with ABAP /SAP certification and experince in managing SAP HELP DESK to provide SAP end user support for services running in 24/7 environment.
